JOB SUMMARY

Primary responsibility for performing sales and production functions related to meeting the financing needs of customers through consideration of all available product options within prescribed performance standards.

* Execute to published Pulte process model regarding communication standards, cycle times, partnering with Pulte Homes and other departments.
* Build customer trust early in the transaction, secure loan approval and be their Trusted Advisor throughout the building journey
* Review and discuss outside lender's loan estimates (LE) to ensure business retention with customers.
* Responds to all customer inquiries timely to ensure extraordinary customer service.
* Ensures compliance and quality are top notch.
* Stay updated on new products as well as product changes
* Runs fee calculations for state, product, and community specifics for accurate Loan Estimates
* Achieve daily and monthly metrics specific to the Loan Consultant position

REQUIREMENTS FOR EXPERIENCED APPLICANTS:

* Prior Mortgage Loan Origination experience required
* Prior sales or customer service experience
* Must secure and maintain national and state licensing for numerous states.
* Proficient with MS Office Suite
* Bilingual in Spanish a plus
* Minimum High School diploma

This position can be remote within 60 miles of Englewood, CO south of Denver.

Salary Range: $22.00 - 25.00 per hour, depending upon experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives.
