Job description

**Description:**

+ Small general contractor that does work on hospital and medical work, multifamily projects, medical office buildings, and museums. Projects are a range of new construction and (10-25 million project cost) some tenant improvement ($100K jobs on pharmacies).

+ Culture: we take pride in their employees and relationships with owners and subcontractors. Candidates MUST be willing to do all tasks including clean up. "Start up" environment.

+ Candidates have the opportunity to grow into a carpenter role. Candidates will be overseeing laborers, doing safety walks, managing tasks, and set up.

+ general labor, clean room, carpentry, Carpenter, Rough carpentry, finish carpentry, Construction, commercial construction

+ safety experience is preferred

+ Pay starting at $22/hour, previous labor work experience is preferred.
