The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process for roles at a variety of levels within the organization up to and including executive recruitment. Role will focus on building employment brand and interaction with hiring managers and candidates in support of the Talent Acquisition function.
What you will do
* Manage staffing needs as required.
* Lead/perform a full range of recruiting functions up to and including executive recruitment, seeks out candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and resources.
* Develop new candidate sources, including networks, referrals, and outreach programs.
* Mine web for passive candidates.
* Screen candidates to develop a "short list" of top qualified candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques and other methods/tools.
* Make offers to candidates following internal policies and practices.
* Proactively consult with all levels of management regarding staffing strategy and requirements.
* Anticipate hiring needs and supports the development of strategic workforce plans. Initiates and maintains communications.
* Maintain and facilitate service level agreements with clients; delivers service to meet or exceed those agreements.
* Assist with resolutions of escalations under the guidance of the Director Talent Acquisition (hard to fill requisitions, vendor issues, background checks, etc).
* Act as department subject matter expert concerning the use and enhancement of recruiting systems.
* Develop candidate sourcing strategies, monitors vendor budgets and agreement fulfillment, and develops talent acquisition policies and procedures under the direction of the Director of Talent Acquisition.
What you will bring
* EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
* 7+ years of staffing, recruitment and/or combined HR experience, including experience in recruiting for all levels of roles including management.

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
