Job description

Amerita, Inc. is a leading provider in home Infusion therapy. We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team as we grow to be one of the top home infusion providers in the country. The Sr. HR Generalist will report to the Vice President of Human Resources and work in our Greenwood Village, CO office.

Amerita is an entrepreneurial-founded company and a wholly owned subsidiary of PharMerica. The home infusion market is positioned for rapid growth driven by the aging population, increase in chronic diseases, robust pipeline of infusible drugs coming to market, and an industry shift from hospital delivery settings to lower-cost, high-quality alternative providers such as Amerita.

As a core member of the department team, you will be expected to provide a broad range of HR support to as well as lead several HR initiatives which align with our business objectives and strategic goals.


As a Sr. Human Resources Generalist, you will...

  • Supoort a "concierge" model for on-boarding new employees, including company orientation and job orientation
  • Develop and support training and development initiatives
  • Support performance management process
  • Review the industry accreditation and compliance regulations to ensure HR practices meet current requirements
  • Update HR policies & procedures, including employee handbook
  • Support field operations with:
    • Employee relations/conflict management
    • Recruiting
    • Recognition and development programs
    • Job descriptions
    • Exit interviews and analysis
    • Acquisition integration
  • Other HR initiatives or special projects as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Certificate in Human Resources (such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
  • Five (5) years of experience in a Generalist or Human Resources Business Partner role
  • Working knowledge of Benefits and HR laws, practices, policies, and models
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor based on organization level
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on service to support our branches
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and excellent working knowledge of HR systems
  • Experience with APD Workforce Now or equivalent HRIS platforms preferred

  • Pay Range of $60,000 to 70,000
