Position Summary

The Transaction Manager is responsible for overseeing the real estate transactional items from the signed purchase agreement to Close of Escrow. The Transaction Manager is responsible for guiding the seller through the home selling process. The Transaction Manager is the "Go-To" resource for any questions related to seller or closing of escrow.

Essential Functions

  • Manage a large portfolio of clients and transactions
  • Ensure homes close on scheduled date
  • Lead development of any new transactional processes, including documenting processes and testing prior to any go live event
  • Be the subject matter expert for everything related to signed purchase agreement to the closing of escrow
  • Be the primary driver of efficient task management
  • Ensure the transaction process is completed timely and accurately; including scheduling and managing secondary inspections
  • Address escalated issues with Market Director and selling clients
  • Deliver the inspection results with the seller

Required Experience:


Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in real estate
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience processing deliverables and a pipeline of transactions
  • Strong organization skills, accurate, and detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently to establish and manage work priorities, activities and timelines to achieve results
  • Exhibits sound judgment and swift decision-making skills
  • Ability to critically review, summarize, and report findings and recommendations
  • PC skills including working knowledge of the Microsoft environment and the ability to access, manipulate, organize and relay information in a meaningful way
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Real estate experience and/or license preferred
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Salesforce experience preferred

Base salary starting at $55,000

Monthyly bonus based on goals and metrics
