Cost Control Analyst
Full-Time
Monday- Friday
8am-5pm
Hybrid work environment - 2 days at office and 3 days remote
Flexibility with job and task assignments
Complete tasks timely and accurately
Potential to transition to Full-Time SE Employee

Primary Responsibilities:
·Create and maintain departmental spending files including actual, forecast, and budgetary spending
·Analyze actual departmental spending and prepare management reports comparing actual to forecast and budgetary spending
·Report and reconcile manufacturing and engineering labor hours
·Monitor capital projects and ensure appropriate financial reporting
·Close collaboration and support of Departmental Managers
·Perform various general ledger activities includes journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations

REQUIRED Skills:
·Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance [required]
·3-5 years of relevant Accounting work experience [required]
·Accounting: 5 years (Required)
·Cost accounting: 2 years (Required)
·ERP systems: 1 year (Required)

PREFERRED Skills:
·Proficiency in SAP ERP system
·Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
·Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
·Ability to work effectively across the organization
