Job description

· Purchase Order Management

o Become familiar with materials unique to operations

o Entry of all Purchase Orders into system and forward to Vendor

o Confirm order acknowledgements/ verifications and delivery

o Track and expedite orders

o Confirm accurate delivery and condition of orders

o Confirm accurate invoicing for materials received

· Accounts payable

o Confirm invoice submittals as authentic, true, and accurate

o Assign materials invoiced to correct categories in data base

o Update costs of existing inventory as required based on current purchases

o Submit payment to vendors in accordance with the terms applicable

· Payroll

o These duties will involve training by Company's CPA firm for eventual in-house management and processing of Company's bi-weekly payroll

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
