Job Summary

As our Corporate Level Property Manager, you will be located in our corporate headquarters and will support the onsite managers of all of our properties. This is an exciting opportunity to support our Director of Operations in maximizing the operations of our growing national real estate portfolio. We need someone who is self-motivated, quickly grasps information and takes ownership of their position.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the full-time resident site managers with facility operations
• Ensure facility level operations and safety up to standards
• General oversight of daily property operations
• Continuous recommendations and research for strengthening operations
• Oversee customer communications
• Determine online, social media and print marketing efforts
• Assist with property transitions during acquisition and disposition cycles
• Build local partnerships enhancing property operations
• Build upon processes and procedures for facility operation
• Vet applicants for open job postings at property levels
• Ensure compliance of local and federal laws
• Facilitate training and coaching of property staff
• Oversee payroll and scheduling

Requirements

• 1-3 years of real estate property management
• Self-storage management experience a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
• Active driver's license and dependable means of transportation
• Social media experience a plus
• Travel will be required

Benefits

Compensation and Benefits: Salaried position ranging from $60,000 - $70,000 annually, health/dental/vision benefits, profit sharing, unlimited PTO, flex office hours when in the corporate office, gym/personal training/tracker reimbursement, phone & transportation reimbursement, annual ski pass, continuing education reimbursement, and other perks with an all-star team and culture.
