SALES BUSINESS ANALYST - REMOTE USA

Sales Business Analyst

Administers operational processes meant to improve the efficiency of the sales force.

What You Will Do:

* Creation of dashboards within the Microsoft PowerBI tool for all standard sales metrics and reports for both sales representatives and the leadership team

* Managing current strategy and reporting within Microsoft PowerBI for the sales organization

* Proactive data mining and analysis, consulting with the business and sales on areas to focus and improve

* Work cross functionally with finance, business units, and technical support to ensure reporting is accurate and consistent across the organization

* Recommend, test and assist in implementation of enhancements to data reporting environment

* Work closely with the sales operations team to provide ongoing support and training on metrics, reporting and analysis to the sales group

* Manage analysis, resolution and modification of reporting discrepancies, working closely with the IT Business Intelligence support team and source systems.

* Maintain awareness of all Allegion policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance

* Ad hoc data analysis based on business needs and additional duties as assigned by manager

What You Need to Succeed:

* Bachelor's degree in a business or IT related discipline

* 5+ years in data analysis, reporting and/or finance forecasting experience

Preferred Requirements:

* Experience with Microsoft data analysis tools: Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power View, Power BI

* Highly detail oriented and demonstrated problem solving skills

* Demonstrated experience of continuous improvement of process and procedures

* Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task, flexibility and comfort in fast changing environment

* Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment

* Interest to learn and ability to apply new tools and methods

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

* The expected Base Salary Range: $50,800 - $94,400. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
