Chamberlin Architects is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with excellent graphic design skills to join our fourteen-person, employee-owned firm in Grand Junction, CO.

We live where others vacation! Our office is located in the heart of Grand Junction, the regional center of western Colorado and eastern Utah. We are surrounded by world class mountain biking, climbing, and skiing. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design
  • 3-5+ years working in the field of marketing; experience in the AEC industry preferred but not required
  • Excellent writing, verbal, and graphic skills
  • Proficient at Word, PowerPoint, PhotoShop, Illustrator and InDesign software

Responsibilities

  • Quickly learn Chamberlin's portfolio of work, capabilities, and approach to marketing
  • Working with Principals, organize, plan, and lead the effort to respond to RFPs and RFQs
  • Create presentations, boards, and graphics to support marketing and design efforts
  • Create new and update existing project sheets, resumes, and closeout forms
  • Coordinate with and define requirements for the marketing departments of consultant design firms
  • Manage scheduling and production of multiple marketing efforts simultaneously
  • Update marketing literature and graphics, organize photo shoots of recently completed projects
  • Solidify our brand
  • Scan media for new project opportunities
