Job description
**Description:**
We rents out construction trailers to Construction companies. These trailers serve different purposes, but mainly are used for offices on the job site. These candidates will be responsible for restoring the trailers when they are returned to the shop. Daily job duties are going to include flooring, drywall, siding work, caulking, installing windows etc.
Other duties will include shop clean up, putting away tools, etc.
LOCK DOWN POINTS
-They need to be okay with doing any of the labor duties listed above. For example, they can not only want to do flooring/siding, must be okay with all aspects of the job
-William Scotsman is growing rapidly, so things are a little crazy right now
-Depending on what the trailer needs, they might spend an entire day doing flooring, siding, etc. In short, they need to be okay with doing one job all day long should that be the need
TRAINING
-The first day is dedicated to safety training and orientation. Once they are on the floor, they will be shadowing their team and working with a lead before they are put on their own. How long they do this depends on how quickly they catch on

MUST HAVE
-Willingness to lift 20-40Ibs on a regular basis
-Entry level, and willing to train candidates
Candidates with any experience will work best here, but do NOT rule candidates out if they do not have experience. They are willing to train candidate who are entry level, who want to get into a more construction/labor type position. It is more important to lock these candidates on the TYPE of work they will be doing, rather than their experience.
