Visa's Global Technology Talent Acquisition team is focused on delivering best-in-class recruiting strategies and services to our Technology organization. The Technology organization at Visa is a key, strategic pillar to Visa's growth and operational strategy, in the way that we build, manage, support, and productize global payment technology. They are solving massive, complex technical problems at significant scale.
Responsibilities:
- Manage internal Visa candidates (employees, contractor conversions, transfers, mobility) and own their consideration processes for internal roles in the technology organization
- Monitor and review internal applicants for technology roles
- Hold pre-hiring manager discussions with internal job applicants to outline role consideration process
- Check internal candidate eligibility requirement (e.g. Time in role, Ratings)
- Schedule HM/Internal Discussion
- Setup Interview structure for role in collaboration with Hiring Manager, TA Coordinators and External Recruiters
- Send Technical Assessment Tests (e.g. HackerRank) where required for technical roles
- Facilitate Internal Candidate Debrief discussions
- Facilitate process for informing internal candidate current manager of consideration
- Manage Offer Process in collaboration with HR and the compensation team
- Facilitate internal candidate onboarding, systems and tools where required to ensure a smooth transition in the new role.
- Cultivate career development discussions with internal candidates considering multiple opportunities and considerations
- Provide exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience by guiding on best practices for interviewing, eligibility guidelines, and communication (e.g. debriefing candidates, relaying feedback, explaining processes, keeping candidates 'warm')
- Ensure service levels are met (e.g. employee satisfaction, % hire mix) and processes / policies are understood and followed within the delivery teams
- Work on key functional and/or global projects related to improving internal candidate experiences and best practices in managing internal recruiting function
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting/HR/Coordination experience with a Bachelor's Degree
- Assertive and goal driven with a continuous improvement mindset. Persistently focused on developing and building best practices that improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Strong partnership skills working with all types of teams and levels of people. A great team player.
- Solid attention to detail and meticulous organization skills
- The ability to change gears on short notice and adapt to fast, evolving environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system
