Dispatcher / Scheduler!

We have an open position for a contract to hire Dispatcher / Scheduler for a growing and reputable organization in Greenwood Village, CO. If you have a strong customer service background and enjoy a fast-paced role to keep the days moving quickly, then this may be the perfect position for you! This role is temporarily remote but you will be required to be able to commute to the office for equipment pick up and possible hybrid model down the road. Please only apply if you live in Colorado and are able to commute to the DTC area upon return to work!

We are looking to fill 3 different shifts:

Tuesday through Saturday from 6:00am 2:30pm

Thursday through Monday from 11:30am - 8:00pm

Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00am - 5:30pm.

Scheduler / Dispatcher responsibilities:

- Working with internal and external clients

- Communicate with clients and internal staff over the phone, via email, and chat

- Heavy scheduling for external clients; ensuring that each event is scheduled appropriately and making day of changes to schedules when needed

- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that any changes or updates in schedule are communicated quickly and accurately

Requirements

Dispatcher / Scheduler requirements:

- At least 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within dispatching or retail management

- Experience coordinating multiple schedules strong preferred

- Multitasking and ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast paced environment

- Superior customer service skills

- Professional communication both verbally and written

- Strong problem solving skills

- Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook for scheduling
