As an Associate Business Analyst, you will be part of our rotational Associate Business Analyst (ABA) program designed to allow you to gain experience and training in each of the following departments: Pricing, Finance, Business Operations, Contracts, and Program Management. This program will allow you to explore areas of the enterprise to gain a high-level understanding of both the company and the Aviation/Aerospace industry. Each rotation will consist of 2-3 months of on-the-job training and work experience. You'll be responsible for completing ABA program learning objectives in each rotation and have the potential to secure a permanent position within one of the teams after completion of the program depending on current openings at the various Sierra Space locations.

Must-haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business [Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, International Business] or a STEM field [Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics]
    • A higher level degree may substitute for experience
    • Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Microsoft Office software skills, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with utilizing research and analysis methods
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Exposure to interpreting data of a technical/programmatic nature


Preferred:
  • Familiarity with basic finance/accounting concepts (financial statements, rates, ledgers); or
  • Exposure to Earned Value Management (EVM) and program reporting; or
  • Knowledge of government contracting and/or public auditing, procurement, or compliance; or
  • Previous experience in a business/legal professional environment

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $50,600.00 - $69,575.00
