We have an open position on our recruiting team for a Contract Full Life Recruiter. THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE ROLE AND WILL CONTRACT FOR FOUR MONTHS (THRU MARCH). You will handle the full life cycle recruiting for a variety of business and technical roles at all levels in various departments across most Water Quality Platform operating companies in US and Canada. Requisition loads vary and typically are in the 20-25 range. If you thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment this could be a great contract opportunity for you!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source, prescreen, and lead the interview process & feedback sessions, facilitate all offers, set up assessments and handle the requisition in Workday, all with a deep focus on the candidate experience. Establish credibility to earn trust and influence. Lead kick-off meetings with hiring managers and other partners to set expectations, develop action plans, gauge progress, and identify potential obstacles. Use market data and insights to have empowered conversations. Gain in-depth knowledge of the job specifications qualifications, experience, skills and competencies. Create sourcing channels that are aligned with current and future pipeline needs. Utilize and research new tools/techniques to source strong diverse and underrepresented talent for hire and pipelining. Utilize social media, LinkedIn, internet search engines and databases, complex Boolean search strings, x-raying, job boards, etc. Handle the requisition process, job postings and candidates through the system following internal processes maintaining data integrity and compliance. Participate and/or lead strategic recruitment initiatives and TA process improvement projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years experience of full life cycle recruiting for all levels of an organization with a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Bachelors degree in business or related field, or equivalent years of experience. Strong enterprise applicant tracking system (ATS) experience, Workday is preferred. Skilled in all the ways that makes a Recruiter successful: can build relationships, influence, negotiate, source potential candidates from a variety of areas and convert them to interested applicants, and assess talent effectively. Accountable and driven, proven track record of successful delivery against challenging goals, demonstrates a sense of urgency and high responsiveness.
