The Revenue Analyst utilizes skills and knowledge of hotel/property management operations, to contribute to the Revenue Strategy Team in maximizing revenue and bottom line profits for the benefit of the property. Accountable for property occupancyand revenue through property analysis, competitive analysis, pricing and implementation of pricing changes, direct sales involvement, promotion and marketing efforts. This position reports to the Director of Revenue Management.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:


    - Participate in weekly Revenue Strategy Meetings (yield)
    - Manages daily, weekly, and monthly Corporate Revenue Management Best Practices and Self Audit standards.
    - Managing of property distribution channels- hotel direct, central reservation, travel agencies (GDS), Internet websites and corporate including but not limited to inventory management and rate loading in SMS, Reserve, RBO channels and wholesale channels
    - Run reservations reports and monitor rate production, MLOS and Manager Approved Rates to ensure alignment with current strategies
    - Weekly Audit of inventory through reserve, SMS, RBO and wholesale to ensure visibility and parity on all channels
    - Weekly rate shop of competitors with a variance report and recommendation to the DORO
    - Update segmentation reports, unit usage and loyalty reports weekly
    - Update pace reports twice weekly
