Position Description:


Seeking full-time Executive Assistant to step into instrumental role in fast-paced, high-level financial planning office. Work as an employee for an independent advisor franchisee with a financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial. Assist in daily internal business operations by supporting the many different task for which the advisors and practice is responsible and ties directly to the overall business plan and commitment to clients.


Position Functions:

  • Manage, process and track e-mails, paperwork, mail, and checks
  • Follow work requests to completion
  • Answering incoming phone calls, questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts
  • Greet incoming clients
  • Prepare advisors for upcoming client appointments by preparing letters, running reports, and securely delivering data to clients in timely manner
  • Disburse work request amongst team and confirm all follow-up has been completed after client appointments
  • Scan and upload documents properly to filing system in timely manner
  • Understand and process money movement request from clients and advisors
  • Complete and process paperwork
  • Data entry into CRM Tool
  • Assist the paraplanner(s), associate financial advisor(s), advisor(s) and preform allowable duties as assigned

Education/experience and other requirements:

  • Some college experience preferred and/or 3-5 years of similar experience
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce/CRM, Morningstar Workstation, Outlook and/or Navi plan programs/tools
  • Proof of COVID Vaccine
  • Experience in Financial Services industry is ideal
  • In-office position
