We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to support the Technology division of Alteryx. This role will report to the Senior TA Manager and will mentor a team of seasoned and high-performing Recruiters. You will be responsible for delivering on the annual headcount/workforce plan for technical positions globally. The successful candidate will embody the Alteryx core values (customer first, accountability, equality, integrity, empowerment) and will have strong interpersonal skills.

What You'll Do:

* Lead a team of distributed Technical Recruiters. Mentor, provide stretch opportunities, lead performance discussions, set benchmarks, and OKRs
* Form and nurture strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders by providing weekly reporting against the headcount plan, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), lead bi-weekly update meetings, etc.
* Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices for improvement and scalability
* Participate in/lead cross-departmental special projects and recruiting initiatives
* Deliver reporting on pipeline, hires, and other metrics to senior TA leadership
* Facilitate the onboarding and training of new team members
* Conduct critical job searches, owning the process from kick-off to offer negotiation
* Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process
* Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent
* Participate in/lead cross-departmental special projects and recruiting initiatives

Who You Are / The Experience You'll Bring:

* 8+ years recruiting experience; preferably corporate TA within a SaaS/technology company
* 1+ year leadership experience guiding and mentoring seasoned recruiting teams
* Proven track record of successful partnerships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners
* Problem-solving mindset
* Strong analytical experience

* Workday ATS
* Headcount/workforce planning
* ATS implementation/reconfiguration
* Utilizing data to create, measure, and scale workflows to achieve accelerated hiring goals
* Knowledgeable about recruiting trends and competitive data
* Process improvement experience

This role is remote-friendly within the United States.

Compensation:

Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Irvine, CA is $111,900 - $190,200. This position is also remote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus and stock grants.
