Administrative Assistant to CEO - Greenwich, CT
A Global Sports & Entertainment Investment firm is looking for an eager Administrative Assistant to support their CEO's team of assistants, partnering with 2 senior Executive Assistants. If you have 2-4 years of administrative experience, this is an incredible opportunity to join a prestigious firm with an incredible culture. This position will give you all the training you need to become a world class, C level Executive Assistant.
The role is based in the Greenwich, CT Headquarters, walkable from the train station, with extensive COVID safety protocols in place.

A day in the life:
· Partner with the 2 Senior Executive Assistants for all daily administrative tasks for the CEO
· Calendar management and global travel coordination for the CEO - owns and coordinates meeting schedules; includes the management of calendars, related correspondence, meeting details, logistics coordination.
· Manage sensitive, highly confidential, personal, and proprietary information with discretion and confidentiality.
· Prioritize functions and appointments, ensuring that meetings, deadlines, presentations, and other duties are completed.
· Process expense reports.
· Personal Assistant tasks for the CEO as requested.
· Handle coordination of important meetings with key executives throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
· 2-4 years in an executive administrative support capacity and will excel at working in a team environment
· Extremely professional verbal/written communication skills
· Strong problem-solving skills and reasoning to solve administrative issues.
· Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner.
· Experience in managing multiple concurrent tasks and meeting rigid deadlines.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
· High level of organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
· Demonstrated ability to anticipate the needs of others
