Summary:

The Practice Manager is an implementer and is accountable to the Practice Operations Council (POC). Working with the POC, the Practice Manager has full responsibility, authority and accountability for the performance of the assigned practice. Responsibilities of the Practice Manager include physician relations, communications, management of all non-provider staff (clinical matters will include direction from the provider, collaboration with CPO to assure appropriate patient revenue management, Site-Specific Action Plans (SSAPs), physical plant, operations, education and training, supply inventory, etc. Along with this authority comes the responsibility for the bottom line performance of the assigned practice. The Practice Manager is physically present in the assigned practice 95% of the time.



Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma required.

Two years of practice management experience supervising at least five employees.

Excellent management and verbal/written communication skills; experience in and knowledge of medical office operations, billing and finance.

Ability to analyze financial data and to incorporate results of that analysis into practice operations.


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or healthcare administration.

Familiarity with regional market

Network experience
