Job Profile Summary
The Recruiter I develops and delivers effective talent acquisition and diversity plans and programs to source and manage a pipeline of candidates for a portfolio and acts as a resource for partners in own area of expertise.
Job Description
Focuses on a business / operational portfolio with some ambiguity and/or moderate complexity
Provides thorough analysis and/or specialized reporting or process support
Requires general understanding of the overall function and/or businesses supported
Provides guidance/ assistance to other team members and internal partners on a broad range of processes
Carries out work with some complexity, generally requiring short to medium-term focus (daily, weekly-monthly)
Independently delivers assigned initiatives with direction from management
Requirements
Undergraduate degree
1 + years related experience
Demonstrated interviewing experience preferred
Knowledge of recruiting and employment practices preferred
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws preferred
Ability to develop optimal relationships with associates and hiring managers
Negotiation skills, interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop strong business partnerships with client groups
Computer literacy and proficiency in common PC applications including Internet recruitment tools
Excellent communication, organizational, presentation and customer service skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of records and personal information
