Have you got what it takes?As a Strategic Marketing Director, you will be leading regional and global marketing and strategy initiatives. The near-term focus will be on developing and implementing enhanced go-to-market and strategic marketing capabilities focused on small and medium sized businesses. To make this vision a reality, you will be working closely with company leaders and key stakeholders to support and realize the continued improvement of overall business and operational performance. YOUR ROLE Lead regional and global execution of marketing & strategy initiatives Help define and implement go-to-market and strategic marketing capabilities Oversee and drive regional and global execution of strategic initiatives, working directly across business unit, functional, and other key leadership stakeholders Set strategic direction and oversee tactical execution of workstreams varying in topics with diverse stakeholders Provide business and technical thought leadership and influence decision making within executive audiences Collaborate with different business units and company functions to drive our global Henkel Adhesives change agenda Drive global and regional change management initiatives Challenge and influence the strategic direction, processes, and status quo Participate in various leadership meetings and presentations Be a mentor, coach, and team member Embrace Henkel and DE&I centric values

YOUR SKILLS Minimum Bachelor degree MBA preferred 8+ years of total work experience 4+ years in Strategy / Strategic Marketing / Consulting / General Management 2+ years in sales / market facing role 2+ years relevant industry experience Experience driving transformational topics from strategic concept through implementation Experience with go-to-market strategy and implementation in industrial and international context The salary range for this role is $136,300 to $197,700. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
