Entry-Mid Level Talent Acquisition Recruiter needed to find and "matchmake" professionals with their ideal job.

Daily Activities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with qualified job seekers by posting job ads, sifting through resumes, conducting interviews, checking references, giving advice, answering questions, and following up.
  • Get to know job applicants, their skills, and their preferred company environment, then collaborate with your team to recommend perfect candidates for each job opening.
  • Guide candidates through the interviewing and hiring process. Check in frequently with candidates and their employers to make sure the job runs smoothly.
