What we need...

A Business Analyst contractor to support implementations of several software products. This technical role works with external and internal resources while driving core integration projects and will provide ongoing client support to the related integrations. We're looking for someone who thrives in a high paced, collaborative environment and values giving clients a great customer experience. This role is on a temporary, contract basis.

What you'll do...
  • Serve as the COCC implementation liaison for third party providers, clients, and business unit(s)
  • Perform client conversions implementations while being consultative
  • Ability to identify and determine implementation requirements, scope, and deliverables while providing a positive customer service experience to COCC clients and colleagues that builds strong relationships and fosters client loyalty and service excellence
  • Design, update and execute test scripts, while being able to analyze and record the actual versus expected results
  • Interview and collect client data as required for product set-up, usage, and system functionality and review data and information necessary to understand functional and related requirements
  • Maintain a strict adherence to Change Control policy and other procedures related to system assurance and case management
  • Perform project management tasks as assigned and serve as project coordinator for system/application deployment
  • Provide ongoing input to the continual process improvement of implementation, procedures, project plan/task list/timeline, standard work orders and other related documents
  • Apply project management methodology to develop and implement new and existing products per the COCC Project Management Office guidelines.


What you'll bring...

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of four years in banking or financial services, preferably in a implementation, technical or operational capacity
  • Ability to effectively communicate
  • Ability to analyze information, formulate conclusions, and provide recommendation(s)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and the ability to learn new technology
  • COCC INSIGHT or DNA CORE deposit experience preferable
  • Experience with application programing interface (API)
  • Ability to understand network, security, and software stack concepts
  • TCP/IP knowledge including ping, tracert, and telnet
  • PowerShell experience a plus
  • Understanding of relational database and Quality Assurance experience a plus
