We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter (Corporate) responsible for recruiting and onboarding requests from the business, hiring managers and candidates.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to prepare and post descriptions for open roles, ensuring clear, concise and compliant content
  • Manage relationships with internal and external partners and vendors
  • Review resumes and suggest top candidates to hiring managers, complete basic phone screens as needed.
  • Coordinate on-site interviews for selected candidates, including travel and logistics
  • Facilitate the hiring decision process, including compensation proposals and extraneous considerations (immigration, budget, timing, etc)
  • Manage the pre-hire background and drug testing process
  • Maintain accurate data across all talent acquisition systems, including content and default system setups.
  • Run periodic reports and analyze KPIs; compare to group and business targets, propose solutions for gaps.
  • Participate in on-site interviews and career fairs as needed
