Job description

The Lytic Group is seeking a highly energetic and motivated Professional Services Sales Consultant for their Remote Sales position. The person who fills this role will be an expert at generating, prospecting and qualifying leads that drive the sales pipeline. This 100% remote role is perfect for anyone who has goals to start or advance their career in Technology or Technology sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new opportunities through various prospecting activities with a focus on Business Networking Event, outbound phone calls and LinkedIn messages, Canvassing etc.
  • You must be an experienced and successful hunter that can quickly adapt to rapidly evolving market trends
  • Prior sales experience is welcome but not required
  • Must develop an understanding of trends and challenges within our target industries
  • Conduct extensive research on prospects; constantly updating our internal CRM
  • Strategic alignment with marketing team to ensure that there are shared goals
  • Assist in lead generation and nurturing
  • Build rapport with customers/leads through friendly, engaging communication
  • Capture lead information (addresses, phone numbers, emails, etc.); enter in our CRM system
  • Recognize the needs of the customer and provide detailed information about the technical specifications of based managed services offered by the company
  • Follow the suggested scripts and/or enhance and improvise using what is provided to all Sales Representatives for calls, emails and other online messaging systems
  • Stay in-sync with the technology delivery team to ensure we are in-line with customer expectations after the contract is executed and sale finalized
  • Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing market trends
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Entry-Level
  • 2+ year sales experience necessary; 3+ preferred
  • Technology sales experience is a major plus
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or lead generation
  • Excellent in customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attitude and a passion to learn more every day
  • Self-starter; highly motivated and drive
  • Experience leveraging Microsoft Office (and CRM a plus)
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • "Can do" attitude; Self-starter and self-learner
  • Focused on research and learning
  • Ability to communicate openly and embrace various perspective without judgement
