Job description

This role will be expected to have knowledge of project management, solving organizational problems by analyzing processes, workflows, and systems with the objective of identifying opportunities for either improvement or automation, and functions of a federal operations office. We're seeking someone who considers themselves an experienced MS Office user. This position is mainly remote with partial (1-2 times a month) onsite presence needed in Washington D.C. area.

Basic Required Skills

  • Experience with providing consulting on strategic planning, project management, and creating briefing materials
  • Experience with tracking milestones and progress for strategic projects
  • Experience with updating strategic documents regularly
  • Experience with meeting and collaborating with Leadership teams and stakeholders to identify risks, and opportunities to streamline efficiencies
  • 6+ years of expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite (such as Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Salesforce, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Tableau
