Job description

The Administrative/Marketing Associate the primary point of contact for real estate associates. Based out of the TTR Sotheby's International Realty Bethesda, MD and Chevy Chase, DC offices, the Administrative/Marketing Associate provides support for brokerage tools and systems, including CRM, DASH, and SkySlope, assists agents in the production of branded marketing materials, including mailers, email, and social media graphics. The Administrative/Marketing Associate works in concert with The Marketing Team.

The candidate should be a master multitasker, possess strong customer service skills, and be tech-savvy. The candidate must be able to work independently and possess strong problem-solving skills. The candidate must be friendly, have a positive attitude, and be attentive to the needs of our associates and management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Training and day to day support to agents for basic questions, requests, and issues pertaining to the company's integrated marketing platform, email marketing platform, and transaction management platform
  • Onboarding - serve as the main point of contact for agent onboarding process from license transfers to ensuring agent is fully trained on all company platforms and resources
  • Property Marketing - Provide design production assistance for email, print and social media using templates provided by the marketing team and/or found in the company marketing platforms
  • Listing Management-Provide upfront quality control checks for listings and troubleshooting for listings throughout the Sotheby's International Realty digital network.
  • Document & Transaction Management- Oversee contract to close process using Skyslope including document review. Provide agent training for SkySlope.
  • Office Management -maintain the highest levels of professionalism while greeting guests, answering main telephone lines, and interacting with vendors and the general public. Conduct weekly inventory of office supplies and place supply orders. Maintain schedules for phone duty, conference room reservations, and tech support. Keep office neat, tidy, and well-stocked, ensure all office equipment is in working order. Assist with sales meeting presentations and special projects as assigned.
