Job Description:

• Looking for Scrum Master/Project Management on data platform/projects, managing budgets, Strong Agile background, SAFE cert. Jira and Service Now is Preferred, managed Data related projects, 7 plus years of experience, run scrum ceremonies, Scaled Agile is must. For deployments need to have Service Now knowledge but not a deal breaker
• Someone with Product background is also considered
• Strong Secondary mortgage industry background is a must
• Certified Safe Scrum Master is a must

  As part of Platform & Data Solutions organization, we are an eco-system that enables optimal, real-time loan evaluation and purchase decisions across Single Family by providing the right data at the right time to the downstream applications. We are also leading the change to build data solutions using our Cloud Native Data Lake platform that enable consolidating, centralizing and consuming shared data for the enterprise to serve various data analytics and reporting needs.

  • Manage the project delivery from the cross-functional teams and matrix teams, including vendor engagement and management.
  • Support the management and planning of all efforts associated with Data projects including scope management, development, and management of work plans
  • Defining and delivering individual project deliverables, managing the expectations of all stakeholders, organizing, and addressing emerging project requirements, managing project relationships and integrations, and managing more than one project team including vendors in the delivery of commitments.
  • Develop and manage scope within the project to be delivered through effective expectations setting, communications, change management control, budget control and management, and overall business understanding of the project needs.
  • Report project progress, issues, and risks through weekly status reports and reporting up to IT and Business management teams.
  • Drive detailed execution oversight, status reporting, risk assessment/escalation, budgeting, and resource forecasts.
  • Work with Architecture/Technical teams and systems analysts to assess impact of issues and provide alternative solutions/recovery plans to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Communicate effectively, clearly, and concisely in both verbal and written forms.
  • Ability to develop, manage, and report on metrics toward achievement of plans/projects Qualifications:
  • Typically has 8 to 10 years of related experience
  • Experience in Waterfall and AGILE based project development.
  • Strong facilitation skills and process-driven analytical skills
  • Day to Day Project Execution of one or more concurrent projects
  • Experience managing Big Data software development projects
  • Software Skills: Jira, Service Now, SharePoint, Microsoft Suite (MS Project, Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio)
  • Develop metrics toward achievement of plans / projects
  • Experience with Planview
  • Proven track record to learn quickly
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
