* Assist General Manager and Group Manager with regional goals, as identified by Manager, to identify new opportunities within the Mid-Atlantic region by cross selling or providing opportunistic referrals with/to: Agency Leasing, Capital Markets, Project & Development Services, Move Management, Tenant Representation, and Corporate Solutions.
* Take all of the courses from "Leading Others" or equivalent course curriculum as assigned by Manager -
* Leading Others signature program
* D&I Seeing the World through a Different Lens
* Crucial Conversations
* Managing Others - Fundamentals
* People Manager Essentials

* Partner with engineering team to shadow engineer for a day or for the duration of a project. Report back on experience to GM/SGM.
* Participate in the property inspection program as designated by GM/SGM.
* 100% Participation (with all qualifying managed assets) in the CEP and OCP core charters. Achieve a minimum score of 3 with an action plan to meet expectations and full compliance to exceed expectations.
* 100% Adoption and implementation of JLL Marketplace. Full adoption should include both operating and capital purchases as well as janitorial contract amendments require that at least 50% of supplies ordered are through JLL Marketplace. Track savings to report at year-end.
* Provide consistent, high level quality service to all tenants in a friendly and professional manner. Success to be measured by Annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey issued by Kingsley (or comparable survey). Achieving a Kingsley score of 3.5 or above.
* Meet or exceed property budget targets for income, expense and capital.
* Ensure property related AR balances below 30 days.
* Ensure all contracts are bid at least every 3 years to meet JLL procurement compliance subject to client's requirements.
* Create electronic filing system plan to be implemented and achieved within 18 months.
* Achieve and maintain real estate salesperson license for appropriate jurisdiction. DC managers must also obtain a Washington DC Property Management license (as mandated by the District of Columbia). Existing employees must earn designation by June 30, 2021 to achieve this goal.
* Full participation in either a JLL committee or industry related committee via (IREM, CREW, BOMA, etc.)
* Participate in mandatory D&I training as required from Mid-Atlantic D&I committee
