Job description

Specialize in the architecture, design, development, integration and testing of Contact Centers. This group provides our clients with solid solutions built on the skills, tools and knowledge that comes from being the world-wide market leader in call center technology. Our Contact Center Consultants are focused on helping clients align their communications strategies with business objectives creating cost competitive advantages while improving business performance.

Our Contact Center Consultants specialize in architecting and designing contact center solutions using the Avaya Call Center Elite product suite and other Avaya products, such as Avaya Business Advocate, Avaya Aura Call Center Elite Multichannel, Avaya Call Management System, and Avaya Communication Manager server. Other specialties include system integration, integration with third party products, business process consultancy and functional requirements analysis.

This team also carries several certifications including Avaya Certified Implementation Specialist (ACIS) Call Center Elite, Avaya Certified Support Specialist (ACSS) Call Center Elite, Avaya Aura® Communication Manager, Avaya Call Management System, and Avaya Aura Call Center Elite Multichannel.

  • Demonstrates thought leadership in the strategic design process and translates business needs into technical systems solutions.
  • Experienced in real-time traffic management, forecasting, scheduling, and overall contact center management methodologies.
  • Contact Center call flow consulting, design, documentation, and testing experience
  • Avaya Communication Manager administration experience
  • Avaya Call Center Elite design, administration, testing, troubleshooting, and training delivery experience
  • Avaya Call Management System design, administration, consulting, and training delivery experience
  • Avaya Aura Call Center Elite Multichannel integration experience
