The ideal candidate will be responsible for

* Provides expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, implementation efforts
* Work with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, issues and data challenges
* Lead requirement gathering sessions Plan and facilitate workshops/interviews to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into business plans/solutions
* Perform technical analysis to determine present and future business performance
* Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
* Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid; developing process improvements; integrating new systems and processes with existing ones; and partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)
* Experience in business analysis with focus on managing business and technical requirements
* Experience with Waterfall and Agile/Lean methodologies
* Experience with JIRA
* Ability to analyze complex business process, identify risks, and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues
* Analytical problem-solving approach
* Ability to work independantly
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a vast array of information

Desired Qualifications

Desired Skills:

* Strong SQL Skills and experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse projects a plus
