Job description
Title: Business Analyst - Digital Content Platforms Location: Austin, TX or Cupertino, CA |Ideal to come onsite for meetings as needed Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)
Job Summary
- Seeking candidate with experience in managing content management and digital asset management systems in an eCommerce environment.
- Candidate must have experience working cross-functionally across various teams to create and document processes for managing the upload, sharing, and syndication of digital assets to various teams and channel partners.
- Content systems include Syndigo, Adobe Assets / Adobe Experience Manager, along with collaboration tools such as Wrike, Slack, JIRA, Quip. Skills with client's keynote, numbers, iCloud as well as excel are preferred.
- Background in creative assets tools such as Photoshop, familiarity with front-end HTML, headless content systems and content APIs are preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- 5-7+ years of experience in content management, digital asset management (DAM) systems, and content syndication.
- Design and define content syndication and content distribution processes using CSP tools like Syndigo
- Work cross-functionally to prepare and provision internal systems to share digital assets with various large-scale commerce partners
- Proven experience succeeding in complex, matrix and cross-functional projects
- Solid understanding and experience managing content systems used to power eCommerce platforms
- Ability to personally manage internal systems in a fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity and ambiguity
- Innovative thinking to approach challenges from multiple angles
- Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills
- Action-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
