Job description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Practice owner for ITSM and ITOM including incident management, change management, governance, service catalog, and SLA's across all of Information Services
• Product manager for ServiceNow, including technical configurations, vendor management, user group management, product training, vision casting and service roadmapping
• Formulate and define specifications and modifications for the ServiceNow platform in terms of business needs and organizational objectives
• Provide technical leadership for planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform
• Evaluate current business practices in light of emerging technology and recommend relevant process enhancements and products that anticipate or complement corporate direction
• Transform business needs from the customer into tangible items within ServiceNow, from using modules available in the platform or generating scope for new modules.
• Direct and help complete detailed documentation for workflows and services implemented within ServiceNow
• Provide subject matter knowledge in the ServiceNow application, and ability to implement modules and other third-party integrations and applications used within the environment to ServiceNow for DevSecOps

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences or other related field or commensurate experience is required
• Demonstrated experience in positive customer interaction, strong leadership, project management, vendor relations, communication and documentation skills as well as the ability and desire to be open and flexible to change
• Previous experience with an ITSM or ITOM preferred
• 1-2 years of ServiceNow experience preferred, but all levels will be considered
