Job description

NTT DATA's Client is hiring a Remote Business Analyst Manager who has experience with development, implementation and project lead management.

Job Description:
Leads a team responsible for providing cost effective business systems and applications analysis in support of the development and implementation of business applications. Includes evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, translation into proper system requirement specifications and configurations. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems, applications and industry requirements. Operates as a liaison between technical personnel and the appropriate end-user department. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations based on company system's needs.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Defining scope of projects, understanding client issues and escalations, and delivering client deliverables
  • Leading resource, personnel, and administrative management duties
  • Coaches, motivates, and guides team members
  • Manages to tight timelines
  • Attend client meetings
  • Develop and execute improvement plans

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in business systems analytics
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in managerial or leadership roles
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in insurance industry
  • Bachelors in Business or equivalent work experience
