Job description

Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, an award-winning federal government contractor, has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst/ Technical Writer to join our team. In order to be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated experience in IT Governance, Capital Planning and Investment Control, and Risk Management/Risk Assessments. This job will also require a significant amount of technical writing to include writing multiple IT program risk assessments and conducting IT program health meetings with senior level staff.

*This position is currently remote due to COVID.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in IT Governance, Capital Planning and Investment Control, and Risk Management/Risk Assessments
  • Demonstrated experience in Business Process Engineering, IT Modernization, OMB Mandates, Scrum
  • Quality Assurance or Systems Assurance expertise.
  • Demonstrated experience writing IT program risk assessments
  • Prior experience conducting IT program health meetings
  • Knowledge of the ALF/SELC (or an alternate Systems Development Life Cycle)
  • Experience in CPIC and the Federal IT Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA)
