Are you currently working for a large recruiting firm, making tiny commission checks? Did you bring in 500K or more in margin and make less than $100K? Are you currently commuting to an office to get on a phone? Would you rather work remote and manage your own schedule? Do you want a real sales position with 20%+ commissions on every deal you make?

BRIDGET MORGAN is established IT staffing firm that values their employees as much as they value their clients. We are looking for Sales / Account managers who want to be rewarded for their hard work, and make the money they deserve.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

  • 4-10 years of Sales, Business Development or Account Management experience working in an IT staffing agency
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

We offer a competitive compensation structure with salary and significant commissions leading to unlimited income. First year income expected to exceed $100K and $150-200K there after.
