3A Soft Inc is looking for an experienced BDM, that has been in the staffing industry for 10+ years and has managed/built a big book of business already. This individual's sole responsibility is to drive customer acquisition and expansion, focusing on both This individual must possess a high sense of urgency, be results-oriented, self-confident, and have the utmost level of integrity.

The Business Development Manager will be a true hunter, creating sales opportunities and closing new accounts. The Business Development Manager will develop prospect lists and sales strategies

Responsibilities

  • Generating new customer and sales leads, setting-up accounts.
  • Prospect for potential clients using various direct methods such as calling, face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
  • Drive new client development via market research, cold call prospecting, lead generation andconsistent sales activities with a focus on complex sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a prospective customer pipeline within a targeted contingent labor spend Category.
  • Consistently move prospective customers through the sales cycle via organized follow up and monthly sales activity.
  • Actively participate in networking opportunities to assist in identifying and seizing opportunities to develop new business.
  • Promote company's corporate image through participation in business organizations, community activities and customer relations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Recent College grads.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to make cold calls
  • Great time management skills and attention to detail goal orientated
  • Quick learner and great working attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
