Job description

Option for 100% remote - ideally EST or CST timezones

Summary:

Provides recruiting support to Talent Acquisition team, to include sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing and referring applicants.

  • Helps source candidates through multiple channels, such as iCIMS ATS, referrals, online advertising and other sources.
  • Conducts outbound correspondence via telephone, email, and social media
  • Provides applicants with information regarding the company; promotes a positive company image to candidates and external service providers.
  • May assist with other processes, including closing out requisition files in accordance with all compliance guidelines, and preparing of recruitment paperwork.
  • Documents candidate evaluation and interview process.
  • Manages candidate expectations from first point of contact
  • Helps compile metrics for reporting or other data centric functions.
  • Completes other projects/assignments as needed

  • A minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience to include use of a variety of sourcing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of candidate sourcing, recruiting, staffing, interviewing and selection in at least 2 of the following areas (sales, marketing, technology or finance)
  • Knowledge of various sourcing techniques to discover active and passive candidates
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system (preferably iCIMS)
  • Corporate style recruiting desired: to include: Technical/IT, Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, Interns, etc.)
