Responsibilities

Our Advanced Analytics & Intelligent Automation team members help clients maximize the value of their data and automate business processes. This high performing team works with clients to implement the full spectrum of data analytics and data science, from data querying and data wrangling, to data visualization and dashboarding, to predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence as well as robotic process automation (RPA). Our services enable our clients to define their information strategy, enable mission critical insights and data-driven decision making, reduce cost and complexity, increase trust, and improve operational effectiveness.

Our consultants focus on client services, while also supporting business development, internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • 10+ years of professional experience.
  • B.S./B.A. in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, or similar quantitative/computational discipline.
  • M.S./M.A. in Statistics or other field with concentration in statistical methods OR Ph.D. in Statistics or other field with concentration in statistical methods.
  • Strong understanding of statistical and machine learning topics such as: linear regression, multivariate regression, logistic regression, time-series analysis, statistical sampling, hypothesis testing, Markov chains, Bayesian statistics, clustering, classification, simulation.
  • Ability to determine and apply the appropriate analytical methods when conducting analysis.
  • Proficiency in performing statistical analysis and predictive modeling using Python.
  • Proficiency in handling and manipulating data using Excel.
  • Proficiency in developing visualizations/dashboards in Tableau.
  • Ability to identify and address client needs, build relationships, and driving initiatives forward.
Preferred:
  • Proficiency in querying data using SQL.
  • Experience supporting Human Resources, Budget, workforce analytics, or cost estimation.
  • Leading small teams, coaching and collaborating with colleagues, providing feedback and guidance.
  • Communicating effectively to various audiences, including various levels of management and external clients, in a professional environment.
  • Business development including RFP/RFQ responses, developing white papers/concept papers, and building and demonstrating prototype solutions to customers.
  • Experience supporting national security organizations.
