Overview:
The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels. In this role, you'll be responsible for campaign development, audience segmentation, and digital marketing execution and analysis. You will own programs to generate and nurture leads via email, retargeting, targeted social advertising, events, SEM, and cooperative marketing with partners. Reporting to the SVP Sales and working closely with cross-functional teams like Revenue Operations & Marketing, you'll design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue.
You should be highly organized, able to prioritize based on customers and business needs, and comfortable creating scalable processes to build out high-impact marketing programs. You will constantly test new ideas and concepts, innovating in new areas, and leveraging opportunities to scale the program based on results.
Responsibilities:
Creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline
Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue
Working closely with the Commercial leadership for both granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales
Overseeing vendor selection and contracts as needed
Qualifications:
Demand Gen Program Development & Optimization
Develop, coordinate and measure integrated demand programs that drive qualified leads and marketing contribution to pipeline
Work with SVP Sales & SVP RevOps to manage key marketing channels including email, webinar, social media, and paid media execution
Define and execute programs and tactics to support different types of initiatives
Experience effectively leveraging HubSpot marketing automation for the creation and sending of batch email and nurture paths, email delivery and inboxing, forms, landing pages, database segmentation, and management
Ability to independently identify problems, propose solutions and execute on those solutions
Cross functional-Collaboration
Work closely with the sales organization to gain buy-in for the approach and to align with their goals
Work closely with different cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success
Reporting
Establish and report on campaign metrics and ROI; making recommendations on how to continuously build upon the program; communicate goals/results to the organization
Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of segment-based campaigns and demand activities on sales pipeline, revenue, demand funnel velocity, and ABM account engagement activity
Measure and monitor sales funnel activity, making recommendations to address coverage gaps including working closely with the Sales team on targeted campaigns and effective follow-up
Maintain a data-first approach to continually measure and optimize performance, as well as improve conversion and ROI
Additional Considerations
Experience - 3-7 years in a comparable role
Experience with the following applications (Hubspot, Zoominfo, MS & Adobe suites etc.)
Experience delivering presentations to executives
