Hiring Director Business Development !!

Location: Remote

We at Skill On Tap are hiring an experienced Staffing Sales and Business Development professional with a proven track record and demonstrated sales, business development as well as account management background within the staffing industry, selling staffing solutions and services - contract, contact-to-hire (contingent labor) and direct hires to medium to large, new and existing clients.

Candidates who have a strong background in US IT Business Development and are able to bring in new business in current market conditions are preferred.

Role and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Identify, acquire and secure new medium to large customers across all business verticals locally and nationally with a dedicated and disciplined approach to generate new revenue.
Create, build and maintain relationships with the IT leadership across all business verticals locally and nationally.
Design, develop, implement and maintain an effective business development and sales plan that will meet or exceed the company's sales objectives and revenue/profit goals.
Prepare and present formal sales presentations and proposals.
Identify and respond to bids across various industries.
Set and manage priorities.

Requirements:
7 to 14 years of demonstrated experience in selling Staffing services with a track record of identifying and closing new clients that resulted in successful placement of resources.
Proven prospecting and closing abilities having success in generating new business (Hunter);
Ability to lead, interact with internal Recruitment and Operations to foster as well as maintain a positive and successful work environment.
Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and functions.
Strong work ethic with a positive and "can do" attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
Energetic, self-manager who can lead and achieve sales goals.
Good negotiation and problem solving skills
Excellent customer service skills
