Job Title : Director of Product Management
Location : 100% Remote

In This Role You Will
· Own your product area and persona and drive vision, strategy, prioritization, and roadmap by gathering data from customers, partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
· Drive and embody your user needs and experience and work closely with design to drive the right experience for your persona based on needs and values
· Drive product prioritization and focus based on bringing customers needs, competitive edge, and value to customers
· Pitch and communicate the benefits and values of your product to customers, sales team, and other stakeholders effectively
· Communicate your roadmap to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
· Own responsibility of writing requirements, epics and managing your product backlog
· Define release readiness for your product including enablement
· Facilitate and communicate product vision and alignment across the organization
· Align your product decisions based on product performance metrics to help drive customer engagement and retention
ABOUT YOU
· Experience in product management
· eCommerce/B to B and SaaS background is required
· Hands-on and passionate about building products and bringing products to market
· Customer centricity and market value orientation in strategic thinking
· Rationalize product investment based on data, value, and customer KPIs
· Ability to build an end to end product roadmap with input from internal collaborators, customers and partners
· Ability to do build/buy analysis successfully
· Ability to work strategically and also tactical on a day-to-day basis on the execution side
· Prior startup experience preferred. Alternatively, recent experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
· Ability to engage with teams in technical conversations and impact and added benefit with someone with somewhat technical educational background or experiences
