Responsibilities
Maintain and solve emission test automation system site configurations and issues
Lead integration efforts to the test automation system for capital projects, with focus on system level communication and device control
Able to manage several projects at a time
Provides technical direction to instrumentation support personnel
Communicates information to and from internal and externalorganizations
Stays abreast of new technology and competitive products
Use independent judgment but can receivedirect mentorship from the supervisor
Use provided software revision control methodology and workflow management to track work, ensure communication, and control software versions.

Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Computer, or Electrical Engineering
2+ years of post-graduate professional experience
Capable of managing a wide span of information
Working knowledge of vehicle control systems
Test lab hardware design and software programming experience
Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and interpersonal) skills
Strong problem solving skills; ability to provide root cause analysis and timely resolution
Preferred
Emission Lab experience, particularly with AVL iGEM,A&D iTEST, bag analysis and modal analysis benches, understanding of AVL 478 Particulate Mass, 489 Particulate Numberand 483 Micro Soot
LabVIEW Experience
Proficient with AVL Concerto
