Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair and operation products, is searching for an ERP Product Owner in our Information Technology Department for our Columbus, OH location.

Our ERP Product Owner is responsible for maximizing business value by prioritizing and coordinating the efforts of the product scrum teams, including maintaining a product roadmap and product backlog. This role is also responsible for communicating with stakeholders to ensure the product roadmap is clearly understood and aligns with corporate objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or the equivalent work experience.
• Experience with project management including how to work with deadlines and how to estimate the duration of a project.
• Proficient in Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics AX, and other project/ agile management software as needed.
• Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management
• Ability to interact with internal and external customers to interpret business requirements.
• Ability to understand and interact with technically-oriented team members.
• A highly motivated, well-organized, self-starter desiring an opportunity to grow professionally.
• Must have a "can-do" attitude.
• Is flexible to work outside of normal business hours and to travel (15% or less of the time)
