Job Summary:
As an ERP Technical Analyst, you will use critical thinking skills to assist with developing new and maintaining existing applications. Specifically, this role will enhance, improve, develop, & maintain ERP, SSRS, MSSQL Server, and RPA/XML business systems. This position will work in a fast-paced, collaborative and Agile/Kanban environment, supporting various manufacturing, financial, and analytical enterprise business systems.
Duties and Essential Job Functions:
1. Develop back-end systems utilizing technologies including T-SQL, SSRS, C#, XML, HTML, Web API, .NET Frameworks including .NET Core.
2. Interpret functional and business requirements, design and implement solutions and architecture suited to our current business model and enhance them.
3. Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• 7+ years' experience with T-SQL, SSRS, & SSMS (Required)
• 7+ years' experience with C#/.NET development (Required)
• 3+ Experience supporting manufacturing and/or finance ERP/WMS applications (Required)
• Working experience with development teams in an Agile (Kanban) development environment (Preferred)
• 3+ years' experience with XML (Required)
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira Project, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Confluence (Preferred)
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (Preferred)
• Self-motivated and self-starter
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently, tackling complex problems
• Ability build relationships with stakeholders across organizational boundaries
• Experience writing and maintaining shell scripts.
• Experience working with at least one cloud technology ecosystem such as AWS or Azure, with AWS preferred.
• Be accountable to yourself and team for quality regular delivery of features
• Be able to overcome roadblocks and let nothing stand in your way from delivery
• Able to articulate technical concepts in as non-technical a manner as possible without distorting the message
• Able to handle working with ambiguity and demonstrates capacity to create clarity
