About you

You are recognized within and across the organization as the 'go-to' expert and owner of process and have a large network within the company. You have a great perception for details but still see them in a larger context. You are passionate about new ideas and technologies and are keen to be actively involved in shaping the future of RHI Magnesita.

In addition, you have:

Bachelor's / Master's degree in business administration or (business)
Extensive professional experience in the relevant functional area (at least 3 years)
Experience in the optimization of business processes and methods for process improvement
Proven track record of project management and process management experience
Strong communication skills (written, oral and presentation) to summarize and explain topics to a variety of audiences. Able to work in a virtual and multi-national environment
Relationship building. The capacity to partner and establish strong relationships across multiple, cultures, functions, and locations
Analysis/critical thinking. Able to structure analysis, asking the right questions and focusing on the right data to generate genuine insight on which to build plans
Self-motivated to provide timely and good quality services for stakeholders' ad-hoc requests whilst managing priorities to ensure the completion of other longer-term deliverables
Ability to implement projects independently, lean management and problem-solving competencies, change management
Experience in working with performance metrics desirable
Customer and technology affinity (especially on process mining and RPA)
Excellent ERP system expertise (e.g., SAP)
Excellent knowledge of working with MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge about Payroll and related process is an advantage

About the job

We are looking for a Global Process Expert who identifies, describes, and supports the implementation of standardization & improvement measures covering the topics related to the Employee Life Cycle.

Your tasks will include:

Process management and functional PDG support: Standardization of processes across locations and identification, collection, consolidation and elaboration of improvement ideas.
Process monitoring: Definition, update, and continuous improvement of process performance indicators (PPIs) for performance measurement in functional (sub-processes)
Process improvement, rollout, and documentation: Implementation of improvement projects and active support of (IT) rollout projects (e.g., ERP system introduction) concerning specific (sub-)processes across departments
Company-wide process alignment: Coordination with other Process Experts on challenges and changes affecting more than one sub-process; escalation to the Process Owner (if required)

Requirements:

Delivery of agreed Roadmap items and other projects
Partner with internal customers to analyses demands and requirements
Create impact assessments and turn them into system or process change requests whilst driving standardization and automation
Testing and training of software changes and resolution of issues
Build strong customer relationships
Drive standardization, automation
Drive operational governance and process excellence
Ensure correct process and compliance with applicable controls and policies
