Who Are We?
Incapsulate is growing! We are an international technology services firm that is looking for an energetic, organized, and competent HR administrator to support our HR and operational functions. We're seeking a curious and creative learner who is able to produce quality deliverables and grow as an HR professional as the organization grows. This position reports to the Director of Organizational Effectiveness and works across all Lines of Business.


Note: this position can be permanent (W2) or a contract (1099) role

What will the HR Administrator Do?

  • Provide office management and administrative support to our North American operations
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors
  • Respond to employment verification requests
  • Prepare and support execution of first 90 day onboarding plans of new hires
  • Provide administrative support in management and execution of HR policies
  • Respond to benefits queries as a single point of contact
  • Support the HR/Operations Teams in India for administrative tasks
  • Act as office administrator for Washington DC. Office
  • Carries out events management for the DC Office staff
  • Inventory management for North American staff
  • Other duties as assigned.

What Qualifies You:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR Operations and/or HR related functions
  • 2 years of experience, preferably in a fast-growing high-tech or professional services company, and in a global environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • Strong experience in an office management and administrative support role
  • Outstanding internal client facing skills, positive attitude, professional and steady demeanour and good attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate as an individual contributor and team member as in a part time role (15-20 hours a week)
  • Familiarity with common HR systems (BambooHR, LMS etc.) and fluency with MS Office tools, G-Suite tools, modern collaboration tools (i.e., Slack, Skype, Google Hangouts) and general technical knowledge necessary to set up typical office equipment (conferencing devices, printers, etc.)
  • Flexibility to work out of our Washington DC. office as needed self-discipline to work remotely otherwise
