Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (3+ years of related experience)

* Possesses basic knowledge of commercial furniture capabilities and assembly (mainly modular panel systems and office casegoods)
* Possesses DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
* Understands construction document drawings, including furniture plans and installation drawings, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) drawings
* Creates furniture take-offs from existing and planned furniture layouts
* Monitors and fulfills daily work requests for moves/adds/changes (MAC)
* Coordinates all aspects of the furniture installations, including inventory planning, truck scheduling, delivery, installation, and punch list resolution
* Manages all subcontracted resources and installation labor required to implement small and large installation projects
* Participates in project meetings, including design reviews and construction progress meetings
* Prepares and conducts pre-installation kickoff meetings and reviews
* Verifies site conditions and space readiness prior to furniture installation
* Enforces project standards and manages daily installation operations, including adherence to safety and other site regulations
* Manages quality assurance and quality control activities- anticipating, mitigating and resolving risks, and documenting and communicating with team members
* Maintains complete and accurate project documentation for project tracking and record keeping
* Adheres to JLL standards of character and performance while performing duties in client facilities
