  • Responsibilities:
    • Take responsibility for full recruitment life cycle for different type of positions from junior to management level (starting from analyzing the vacancy request and generating talent pool until onboarding qualified candidates)
    • Manage the recruitment process through the interviews to offer stage, and on boarding
    • Deliver a first class experience to all qualified candidates and our hiring managers
    • Mange business stakeholders' and hiring managers' expectations
    • Be pro-active in identifying new candidates for new positions
    • Use our sourcing methodologies and tools to attract top talents
    • Manage the administrative tasks associated with each position
    • Job briefing and job advertisements posting by using different social media and networks channels
    • Work together with our B2E team to develop new ideas for attracting candidates
  • Mandatory Skills Description:
    5+ years' experience with full life cycle technical recruiting within the Information Technology space that includes building candidate pipelines, screening, closing candidates for our projects nationwide. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: contacting supervisors to determine if a candidate's viability to support and resolve specific client needs; providing customer service for existing candidates to ensure their expectations are being met. Must be able to develop relationships with candidates as well as internal hiring managers. Must be proficient with various searching techniques and have worked on popular Internet job portals (LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, GitHub, Stack, Social Media, etc). Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for this role. Ability to work in fast paced environment and fulfill positions quickly is essential. Should be a self-starter and be able work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals. Experience with working with internal mobility candidates from all across the globe. Ability to multi-task and prioritize desk
  • Nice-to-Have Skills:
    Experience in talent acquisition and/or recruiting technical candidates within one or more of the following domains: Capital Markets, Pharma, Healthcare IT, Automotive, Digital, Media, Oil & Gas, etc.
